Legal assistance throughout life’s journey
Many people expect that they’ll only need to hire a lawyer for a one-time event. They fear lawyers are expensive or they don’t feel any great urgency to settle their affairs, and so they put off creating a will, or ensuring they have the legal documentation to provide for their end of life. Unfortunately, we regularly work with grieving families who are trying to manage the administration of intestate estate of their loved ones who did not prepare a will prior to their death, or failed to obtain important advice to ensure the effect of their estate planning documents reflected their intentions. For example, including reference to loan agreements, forgiving loans, providing a life interest in property to a de facto partner and more.
We believe it is better to find the right person to assist you before there is a crisis?
